CASPIR/CSET=(clock_name=(high_voltage, low_voltage), [,...])

Sets the high and low voltages of the specified clock(s) to the specified values. Allowed clock names are:

      PHI_SYNC_SLOW,    PHI_1_SLOW,       PHI_2_SLOW,       
      PHI_SYNC_FAST,    PHI_1_FAST,       PHI_2_FAST,       
      PHI_RESET

This qualifier cannot be specified with the /VOLTAGES qualifier.
