Notes:
1: UNSCHEDULED TIME MUST BE APPLIED FOR IN WRITING TO THE DIRECTOR.
2: All changes to the schedule MUST be given in writing to Vince Ford
allowing at least 7 days notice.

3: Allow at least 3-4 days for equipment changes.
4: Heisler et al have override priveleges for up to two
target-of-opportunity events, in total, on the 74". and 40".
For each event the override is for 3 hours on each of 3 consecutive
nights. When an event occurs, Heisler et al will inform Vince Ford of
the details of the override.
Overrides may occur on the 74"" on the nights of March 20-22 and April
15-29, and on the 40"" on Feb 20-March 5, March 28-April 3 and
April 24-30.
On the 74"" Heisler et al will perform the observations, while on the
40"" the scheduled observer will be requested to do so.
